Applied Economic Evaluation and Healthcare: Tools and Strategies to Improve Healthcare Decision Making

Join Professor Francesco Paolucci, internationally acclaimed scholar and advisor in Health Economics and Policy, for a 12-week program in Applied Economic Evaluation and Healthcare: Tools and Strategies to Improve Healthcare Decision Making.

As we have seen from the COVID-19 pandemic, a health crisis induces a systemic crisis of society, with pressures on the economy, international relations, the social system, and communities. As such  there is unprecedented focus on healthcare systems and health policy at an international, national and local government level. It is critical that we make the right decisions about how to invest time and money.

Through a blend of lectures, interactive workshops and expert masterclasses, participants will have the opportunity to not only learn why we need economic evaluations but how they are done, what a value based approach would involve, and how they can inform policy and decision making.
